The Executive Chairman of Isolo LCDA, Olasoju Adebayo has sent his warm compliments to the Muslims Ummah of the council area and their likes across the nation on the occasion of this year\'s Maolid Nabiyi festival.

The council boss, in a release published by his media office at sunrise, congratulated the adherents of Islamic faith urging them to imbibe values such as perseverance, trustworthiness, patience, self discipline and, above all, godliness which the symbol of today\'s celebrations - Prophet Muhammad (S,A.W.) embodied.

“It fills me with immeasurable delight to join Muslim faithful in our council area and across the globe on this special occasion of Prophet Muhammad’s (S.A.W) birth anniversary. Today, as widely celebrated, is for remembrance of what the Holy Prophet embodied, reflecting on and upholding those virtues\".

Olasoju continued that \"it\'s our failure to take after Prophet Muhammed that is responsible for man\'s cruelty against man as prevalent these days. I\'m in no doubt whatsoever that if we can imbibe the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) the world will be a better place and we will all leave indelible marks.” 

The council boss concluded by wishing the adherents a memorable celebration urging them and others alike to leaverage the auspiciousness of the day and its collision with Jum’at to offer prayers for Isolo, Lagos and Nigeria’s continued growth.
